Venkat is a Performance Excellence Trainer. He is a firm believer in the transformative power of training which leads participants to achieve their true potential. Being an Engineering & Management graduate, his focus now is on sharing the best practices which enables organizations to radically transform their employee performance. His experience in designing and executing large-scale projects helps him understand the challenges faced by them. He is passionate about achieving Excellence in Performance and his varied interests include Design Thinking, Effective Team Building Skills, Continuous Improvement and Assertive Communication. He is a Certified Robotics Trainer and also a Qualified Career Development Facilitator. He holds a Masters Diploma Program in Training from IATD (Indian Academy of Training and Development).

Anand Pandey an accomplished professional having two decades of successful career in Corporate Strategy, Business Strategy, New Projects, and Operations. Began his career with Bajaj Auto Limited, Akurdi, Pune, after completing B.E. Honours (Mechanical) from NIT, Allahabad. Worked in different functions of operations for five years and later pursued 'Masters in Business Management' from 'School of Management,' I.I.T.- Kharagpur. Thereafter, joined Tata Chemicals Limited, Mumbai, where contributions came mainly in areas of Business Strategy, New Projects, and Business Development; later was part of Corporate Strategy function with DCM Shriram Limited, New Delhi focusing on business portfolio and growth drivers for the group. Currently a visiting Faculty for Strategy & Economics.

Ranjan Periwal is a self practicing Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in Financial Systems implementation (GST, VAT etc), Financial Due Diligence, Implementation of Finance software, Inventory Management and Equity evaluation by implementing projects for Indian and Middle East clients. Worked with Ernst & Young for few years before starting own practice.
